Kenmont Swim & Tennis Club is accepting just a few more applications for membership, since the club is close to a full membership for 2010.

Please complete and sign an Application for Membership, and bring it with full payment to the pool during operating hours.
You may also mail your application, but will not be able to use the club's facilities until your application is processed, which may be up to a week. Our mailing address is:

2010 Initiation Fees
Kenmont offers area families three affordable options to join Kenmont Swim & Tennis Club, a not-for-profit 501(c)7 social/recreation association governed by By-Laws. They are:
- Lifetime Membership (Class A)
One-time payment of $400 initiation fee for lifetime access to Kenmont, plus Annual Dues. Fully-paid, Active Class A members have a "membership interest" and voting privileges in the Association.
- Lifetime Membership (Class A Installment)
Three annual payments of $145 each, for a total of $435 initiation fee for lifetime access to Kenmont, plus Annual Dues. Fully-paid, Active Class A members have a "membership interest" and voting privileges in the Association.
- One-Year Membership (Class C)
An annual payment of $125 initiation fee for current-year-only access to Kenmont, plus Annual Dues. Class C members have no "membership interest" nor voting privileges in the Association.
Please note: The availability of Class C Membership is not guaranteed from year-to-year.
2010 Annual Dues
In addition to an Initiation Fee, each family pays Annual Dues each year that are based on family size:
- 1 Family Member: $320 / year
- 2 Family Members: $410 / year
- 3 Family Members: $455 / year
- 4 or more Family Members: $500 / year
You may have additions or subtractions to your Annual Dues as such:
- Children born 1/1/2007 or after are FREE and should not be counted in the number above.
- Families with more than two members ages 21+ pay an additional $25 per extra adult.
- Families with any members ages 62+ may subtract $25 per senior.
Please note: A family member is considered a person living in the same household and at the same address, and legally related to the primary member. We reserve the right to request proof of relationship in order to determine any family member listed is eligible for membership as part of this family.
