Coach Masters Swimming

Once again there will be invigorating early morning coached Masters swimming with our partner, L4. The cost is $175 for Kenmont members. You must be 18 or older and have an active USMS membership which is $75. All skill levels are welcome. https://www.usms.org/login-to-registration-page

Tentative Schedule:
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00-7:30am (Starting June 19)
Sundays from 8:30-10:00am (Starting May 25)

Please note: Participants are expected to participate in the coached workout to the best of their ability and all skill levels are welcome, however, you won't have your own lane to do your own workout.

Uncoached Early Bird Lap Swimming

This Masters swimming is separate from the uncoached Early Bird Lap swimming available for a $75 fee to all household members aged 18+ from  6:00am-7:30am Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays while MCPS is out for the summer.
